Our mission in Lisbon
In a world filled with hurt, loneliness, and confusion, LIFE Church is a place where people of all ages and nationalities can belong to a Spirit-filled, English-speaking community that comes together to worship God and study the Bible. We invite you to connect with a spiritual family and with Jesus, the giver of life. We teach the Word of God, and our worship is directed toward the author of life. Our goal is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel so people can be led by the Holy Spirit in everyday life.

What to expect at LIFE Church
Each Sunday, we have a meaningful time of worship starting at 17:00 (5 pm) and share a relevant, biblically-sound message. This usually lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Dan & Joy West
are originally from the United States, but have been living in Europe since 1988. After planting a church in Galicia, Spain they became the directors of the Evangelical Spanish Seminary for 10 years, in Cordoba. In 2004 they moved to Madrid where they helped establish the evangelism ministry of ONTHEREDBOX.
After receiving invitations to come to Portugal, they began to pray and the Lord put in their hearts to plant an International English-speaking church on the Eastside of Lisbon. Now they are pastoring LIFE church in Prior Velho (near the airport).
