Our mission in Lisbon
In a world filled with hurt, loneliness, and confusion, LIFE Church is a place where people of all ages and nationalities can belong to a Spirit-filled, English-speaking community that comes together to worship God and study the Bible. We invite you to connect with a spiritual family and with Jesus, the giver of life. We teach the Word of God, and our worship is directed toward the author of life. Our goal is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel so people can be led by the Holy Spirit in everyday life.

Each Sunday, we have a meaningful time of worship starting at 17:00 (5 pm) and share a relevant, biblically-sound message. This usually lasts around 2 hours,

Ronnie & Rhonda Rice
Ronnie & Rhonda have over 30 years of ministry experience, having pastored churches in the US and served as missionaries in the Canary Islands. They have five children and two grandchildren in the US. Their ministry includes preaching, teaching, discipling new believers, and building a welcoming and spiritually enriching community.
Pastors
Dan & Joy West
Since 1988, Dan & Joy have been working in Spain and Portugal, planting a church in Galicia, Spain, directing the Evangelical Spanish Seminary in Cordoba, and helping establish the evangelism ministry of ONTHEREDBOX. In 2018, they came to Lisbon and planted LIFE Church, an English-speaking international church on the East Side of Lisbon. They are passionate about preaching, teaching, worship, and evangelism.
